J.A. Forbes Jen is one of the most meticulous directors to come through Shoreline Community College. She only recently discovered a passion for making movies. Since she made the switch from engineering to film in the summer of 2006, she’s produced 16 short films and numerous music videos. She’s worked on many additional projects and was the Unit Production Manager and Assistant Director for “Project London” and independent feature film shot during the summer of 2007. Jen has earned a certificate in Independent Filmmaking from the University of Washington Extension as well as certificates in Writing and Directing for the Camera and Digital Filmmaking from Shoreline Community College.
Dave Beresford
Dave
Beresford has been a student at Shoreline Community College for the
past two years now. He’s an accomplished writer, producer, and
actor. Dave has been making short films for many years now and is
the founder of “Wild Moon Post Productions.” You can see Dave’s
work at
Barry Gregg Barry obtained a degree in motion picture production in 1976 from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. Two features and two TV documentaries in Europe later, live threw a curve ball that left Barry raising two children and for 20 years shooting studio still life photography. In 1998 the moving image came back into focus with the advent of digital video. As a cinematographer and camera operator, Barry has worked across the US, Honduras, Africa, Europe, Israel and Iraq. Challenging locations that have gone from 14,410 feet on the mountain's summit to the desert heat of war torn Baghdad.
Mark Renstrom Before Mark worked in film, he was dedicated to live sound and/or lighting for performers like Frankie Avalon, Rich Little, Pat Boone, Quiet Riot, Pat Travers, MXPX, Cake, Merrilee Rush and literally thousands more that you probably haven’t heard of. Mark went back to college to learn how to expand computer skills for sound and editing. After school he worked on some student projects, 24 and 48 hour film challenges, a feature film and various commercial shoots.
Ian Hubert
